DAY 4

BREAKFAST
Oatmeal with blueberries  281 calories

DINNER
Breast of chicken 250 calories


DINNER
Went over to visit Big Bear and Lil' Op and Mamalizza walked in with those newfangled Cheetos that are the size of pool balls, so of course I could stop eating them. That aong with the scrumptious meatball sammy Op gave me means to not even bother counting, I'm pretty sure I flew by 1500 calories at about 4:21pm. Oh well. 3-1, try for another win tomorrow  :)

DAY 3

I cannot remember what the fuck I ate yesterday, DAY 2, but I was flu-ish and went to bed at 10, so Im calling it a W. Don't think I ate much of anything.

BREAKFAST
Nothing.  Completely forgot about eating the oatmeal every morning (forgot Thursday too). Wtf? Gotta a remember to hit that shit (note to self: apply this to a female as well)

LUNCH
Nothing  (too busy putting out InTouch for you fucking people!!!)

DINNER
Yellow rice with chicken 725 calories

Coupla vodka/diet cokes ("Skinny Bitches"), nowhere NEAR 1500 calories, I'm 3-0, bitches!!!!

DAY 1 AGAIN (for fuck's sake)

Seriously...if I keep failing, I'm gonna say fuck it and go the other way, towards 400lbs. Hell, that would be a feat too, no?

guess I should switch to brown rice.

Breast of chicken 250 calories  too lazy to make a fucking salad. maybe some hot bitch with big titties  can come make salads for me? (points for not using the obvious "toss my salad"? yes?)
