DAY 3

I cannot remember what the fuck I ate yesterday, DAY 2, but I was flu-ish and went to bed at 10, so Im calling it a W. Don't think I ate much of anything.

BREAKFAST
Nothing.  Completely forgot about eating the oatmeal every morning (forgot Thursday too). Wtf? Gotta a remember to hit that shit (note to self: apply this to a female as well)

LUNCH
Nothing  (too busy putting out InTouch for you fucking people!!!)

DINNER
Yellow rice with chicken 725 calories

Coupla vodka/diet cokes ("Skinny Bitches"), nowhere NEAR 1500 calories, I'm 3-0, bitches!!!!
