Disaster
I can live with a regular "L" - I was babysitting, which means a blizzard of snacks/chicken tenders et al. I don't understand how all parents aren't 900 lbs.
But I'm furious at myself re: on the way home I got two slices of pizza. Knowing the whole time I wasn't hungry, didn't even particularly want/need them. Forced myself to finish the second one. The whole thing was in slow motion.
Hoping actually noting this and being honest about it keeps me from doing it again. It's my first L in a while, I've actually been really good; just don't panic. Have some self-awareness.
