DAY 1 (for the thousandth fucking time) W

BREAKFAST
Oatmeal (blech) 200 calories

EXERCISE
Quick series of 15 reps squats/lunges/pushups (get off my ass, Day 1 is "don't break anything" (my body and my house))  210 calories burned

Will walk this evening, if any large groups of 12 year-old kids wanna follow me through the neighborhood a la Rocky.

LUNCH
Beans & Rice  800 calories
Boiled potatoes 440 calories 

DINNER
Hamburger patty w/cheese  432 calories
Boiled potatoes 440 calories 


EXERCISE II

Quick series of 15 reps squats/lunges/pushups  210 calories burned
Walk 3 miles  456 calories burned

TOTAL CALORIES FOR DAY: 2312

EXERCISE: 876 calories burned

NET CALORIES FOR DAY: 1436
