Okay, I'm back. It was a strange 2 weeks for me. Not bad necessarily, but weird, and I got thrown off track, but I'm back now, hitting the reset button (again) and trying to lose 100 fucking pounds. Mostly, I'm so astonished Rush Limbaugh can lose 82 pounds since March simply by cutting down to 1500 calories a day, there's no reason I can't.

TOTAL CALORIES FOR DAY: 324
EXERCISE: 1 hour walking 456 calories burned
NET CALORIES FOR DAY: -132. I'm wasting away!!!!
