DAY 9 L

BREAKFAST
One apple 127 calories Whhaaaaaaaat? I feel like I've been deceived re: fruits and vegetables. Grr.
Nature Valley Oats n' Honey Granola bar 180 calories

LUNCH
Cheese, lettuce and mayo on a roll 219 calories

DINNER
5 Dino-nuggets 240 calories and FUN! (but dead)
2 cups pasta shaped like tennis rackets w/peas 320 calories
Lean cuisine frozen pizza 340 calories

1426 calories so far...if I walk I'm fucking GOLD today!!!!! :)

No exercise. But 1426? A WIN!!!! :) BIG, FAT, HAIRY LOSS

Got home at 1am, for some reason decided to drink 8 beers. 1200 calories :(

So fucking depressing :(

for breakfast, you really should spend some money on a good protein powder. Every single morning you take a scoop. Not too much since you have that gout thing going on. Mix with water and ice. Add cocoa powder and honey. Have a yogurt. Have a fruit. Maybe an english muffin.

dino nuggets and pizza. no. Fish beef chicken or eggs on those tennis macs. ever try bison or turkey burgers? Low fat or soy cheddar melted over 90% lean burger on one slice of toasted Everything rye or an english muffin. ricotta cheese is good or Make a nice gravy. oh try some spinach salad with jersey maters and cukes. The BEST dressing...I love Newmans own Sesame Ginger.

Odouls is skunk water. I suggest you get those baby bottles of heineken. 8 bottles is like having 3 regs.
