I woke up this morning feeling lean (for me) and mean, feeling good and looking to focus on exercise/eating right. And now I've somehow eaten myself into wanting to walk off the Williamsburg Bridge. I really wanted to be at 20-10. I'm so fucking depressed :(

And yet I find myself in first place for the first time. A phyrric victory at best. Plus, at 14-15, I believe that was the game for the Yankees when A-Rod saw his first pitch of the year and smacked it into the stands for a 3-run dinger?

I'd sure like to get to 20-10. I haven't bothered to eat anything yet today, but I've done a buncha squats/pushups already. Basically, a W or L will be determined by how many slices of sausage pizza I have tonight while BigBear-sitting. 1 slice = 280 caloires (which seems low, but the consensus online!)

5 minutes of squats, only 144 calories burned? Grrr.  BUT I did learn I've calculated m,y calories burned for walking an hour incorrectly; the calories burned is 648, not 501. So after I walk tonight I'll be down to 2221. I may not get down to 1500 for a win, but fuck if I'm not gonna try to get under 2000. Eating an entire pizza? What the fuck was I thinking? I deserve to punish myself. Unfuckingforgivable.

DAYS 11-17 W 3 L 4

While having a losing record this past week, I gotta admit that if you told me I'd get two W's while down in VA on Thanksgiving vacation I'd be pretty thrilled. One W due mainly to helping a friend rip up the flooring in his kitchen, basically amounting to doing squats for 5 1/2 hours, and another W due to being trapped on the Chinatown Bus for 9 hours, but wins are wins. 10-7 right now isn't great, but if I can knuckle down again starting today and get about 15 games above .500 by Christmas I'll be feeling good about myself. Onto some squats/pushups!! :)
