DAY 28 W

I'd sure like to get to 20-10. I haven't bothered to eat anything yet today, but I've done a buncha squats/pushups already. Basically, a W or L will be determined by how many slices of sausage pizza I have tonight while BigBear-sitting. 1 slice = 280 caloires (which seems low, but the consensus online!)

TOTAL CALORIES FOR THE DAY: 1500!!  wow!  first time, on the button. yikes. too close for comfort. Though I did at least 50 pushups and squats too. But a W!
